Service Requests

Please submit your service request below with photos, and our team will review it and provide a response as soon as possible. A site visit fee of $250 is due on all site visits for installations past 90 days. If service is determined to fall under our limited warranty no additional costs will be incurred.

Exclusions to our Limited Warranty include:

• Wrinkling, Weed Growth, Turf Burn, Matting, Pet Odors, Seams, Drainage

• Melted or damaged turf caused by the reflection from windows or any other producers of sun magnification

• Irrigation once we leave property(including sprinklers)

• HOA or impervious cover restrictionsActs of mother nature (floods, fire, fallen trees etc.)

• Damage caused by humans and/or pets or wildlife

• Damage caused to utility wires, underground lines and/or water pipes during installation
